Asweemergefromthislockdownlifeisstartingtoreturntoa 'new'normal.WearestillinthestageofliftingrestrictionsslowlyandtheplanisthiswillcontinueuntilXmaswhenwehopetohavea 'covidnormalXmas'.
TodayIattendedmyveryfirstexerciseclassinpersononsiteatmystudioitwasareformerpilatesclassandIcouldn'tstopsmilingatwhatusedtofeellike justanexerciseclass (Isometimesdreadedbutknewitwasgoodforme)todayfeltlikealuxury.Ihavebeendoingmatpilatesonmybedroomfloorformonthsandmonthswhichhasbeengreatbuttherewasnothinglikethefeelingofbeinginthesameroomastheinstructorandotherparticipantsasopposedtobeingonascreen.
IhavetosaythoughasamumoftwosmallkidsIdolovetheconvenienceofdoingclassesfromhome.So aswere-enterthisnewworldweliveinpre-vaccineIintendtokeepupmyzoomexercisewhileenjoyingtheoccasionalonsiteclass.
Ihavealsofoundthatbothmyselfandfamilyhavereallyenjoyedtheslowerpaceoflife,aslifestartstogobacktonormalIfindmyselfrushingaroundagainwith10,000onmyto-dolist.Iamnowpausingandremindingmyselfofthosequietermomentswerecentlyexperiencedandtryingtoincorporatethemintoourlives.
